Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 7-14 business days after orders are received. There is limited availability on specialty items, and for some selected designs, items are made for you in your size, when you order. We will let you know the delivery date when you place your order. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 day delivery, and with Delivery Confirmation so your order is traceable. Other shipping options are available upon request.
International shipments are sent First Class. Delivery times vary for each country. Additional customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy
RETURNS
If you are not totally satisfied with your Soft Chocolates® purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. Items must be shipped back in a secure package, and in the original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee. Sending Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is generally the most economical. We cannot accept returns on custom size orders. If items are not returned with the same packaging care in which they were shipped, there may be a restocking fee. If you have questions, or want to assure a full refund, please check with us before returning an item.
EXCHANGES
Soft Chocolates® designs may be exchanged for a different size, style, or color. Place the order for the new item, return the item you wish to exchange in the original, unused condition via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, and when the item is received, we will ship the exchange. You are automatically charged shipping when you order the replacement item, which will be credited when we send your replacement item to you resulting in free shipping on your new item. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept exchanges on custom orders.
