Our front cowl halter dress features a center back waist yoke with radiating shirring, ending in a back flair for total leg movement. The high-low hemline mirrors the same angle as the continuous back to neck band the forms the back tie. 
  • The fabric is a woven crepe, but stretches like a knit. Very travel-friendly: hardly wrinkles.
  • The cowl is two layers of fabric for added bust coverage.
  • Adjustable back neck tie.
  • Poly/spandex blend. Cold wash & line dry, or dry clean.
