General Fit & Size Guidelines

Comfort and fit is the priority for all of our garments. Styles are designed for many figure types by using knit fabrics and adjustable closures for woven fabrics.

Waists are designed for comfort and ease of movement, and are adjustable for the wearer’s fit preference. To determine your order size, think about how you like to wear your clothes. The waist measurement in the sizing chart is the natural waist (your small middle). It is up to you to decide where you like your skirts to settle on your waist or hips. Determine that location, then measure. The location may vary based on style.

Here is a general description of what to expect of our styles:

  • Wrap skirts tie to be as tight as you desire, at the waist location you prefer.
  • Elastic waists extend just enough to fit over your hip so they are not bulky at the waist.
  • Snap waists allow for a snug fit at your waist, or for you to drape the wrap at your low waist. The snap waists are intended to be layering pieces worn over skirts or leggings.
